Demand Generation Manager, Enterprise
Okoora is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to build and own our global Enterprise growth engine.
You will focus on companies with significant FX, cross-border, multi-currency, payment, and financial operations- businesses where better visibility, control, and decision-making can create meaningful commercial value.
This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role. You will work closely with our Founder, Enterprise Sales, BDR, and Marketing Operations teams to turn market intelligence, business signals, campaigns, content, events, and partnerships into qualified pipeline and revenue.
What you'll do
Build, segment, and prioritize a global universe of relevant Enterprise accounts
Identify business signals and buying triggers that create a reason to engage
Develop integrated demand generation programs across target audiences and channels
Create campaigns for CFOs, Treasurers, Controllers, Finance Directors, CEOs, and other senior decision-makers
Build content, webinars, executive events, and founder-led marketing programs
Experience working directly with Sales and BDR teams
Strong understanding of long and complex Enterprise buying processes
Experience building and executing multi-channel campaigns
Strong commercial thinking and the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline
Strong English writing, communication, and presentation skills
Experience working with CRM, funnel, conversion, and pipeline metrics
Practical experience using AI tools as part of your daily work
A creative, energetic, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently
📍 Israel or Remote within EMEA

The role reports directly to Okoora’s Founder and CEO.
