Join the INLAP engineering team as a Junior Full‑Stack Developer and build practical web applications and platform tools for internal teams. You'll gain hands-on experience with Angular (TypeScript) UI, Node.js backend services, and modern AI developer tools that foster rapid learning and productivity.
What you'll do
Assist in developing and maintaining user-facing features using Angular and TypeScript
Build and debug backend services with Node.js, under guidance from medior/senior team members
Test, document, and support new software features
Learn to use AI productivity tools (e.g., code assistants, AI-assisted code review/test generation) as part of your workflow
Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, contributing to team discussions and learning best practices
Integrate with internal/external APIs and enterprise platforms with supervision
Requirements
Understanding of TypeScript, basic Angular or similar frontend frameworks, and JavaScript fundamentals
Eagerness to learn and experiment with AI tooling for code and tests
Basic knowledge of Git version control and collaborative coding (e.g., GitHub)
Solid problem-solving mindset and willingness to ask questions
Nice to have
Exposure to Python and agentic orchestration frameworks
Familiarity with REST APIs (consumption and/or basic design)
Exposure to CI/CD (GitHub Actions, etc.), cloud monitoring or container basics
Location: Brno, Czechia or Bratislava, Slovakia
Working time: EMEA
Hybrid role: minimum 2 days per week in the office
Salary range: Brno: 68 000 CZK to 103 000 CZK gross/a month; Bratislava: 2600 EUR to 3900 EUR gross/a month. The actual salary is based on your skills, experience and knowledge.
