We are looking for a talented Backend Engineer with strong C#/.NET skills to join our team.
Our team is responsible for the communication layer between Zerto products and on-prem hypervisor platforms, with a strong focus on VMware vCenter by Broadcom. This role centers on designing, developing, and researching backend integrations with the vCenter platform APIs, capabilities, and features.

What you'll do
Design, develop, and maintain backend services in C#/.NET
Build and enhance integrations between Zerto products and VMware vCenter / Broadcom platforms
Investigate and deeply research platform behavior, APIs, and communication flows
Develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product capabilities and platform compatibility
Troubleshoot complex integration and communication issues across infrastructure environments
Continuously improve system architecture, performance, and robustness
Requirements
5–8 years of backend development experience using C#/.NET
Experience working with APIs, system integration, and backend services
Ability to independently research and resolve highly complex technical issues in unfamiliar areas
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Highly motivated and passionate about solving complex technical issues
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with others
Nice to have
Knowledge of storage, networking, and security
Experience with virtualization technologies
Experience working with Broadcom VMware platform and products
Experience building scalable and high-performance systems
Linux knowledge + bash scripting capabilities
