This role requires a combination of intelligence, creativity, agility, and strong problem-solving and execution skills to help us identify and attract top talent.
What you'll do
Lead end-to-end sourcing efforts, identifying high-potential candidates across various channels
Utilize advanced sourcing tools and techniques to proactively build strong talent pipelines
Apply creative, out-of-the-box thinking to identify candidates for challenging roles
Own and optimize the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer stage
