We are seeking a senior manufacturing environment leader to lead a worldwide production-intensive sites, with full accountability for plant operations, performance, and execution, alongside selected global operational initiatives.
This role is highly focused on production excellence, complex planning, and global operational execution, including leading strategic product transfers to India.
What you'll do
Operational Leadership
Full ownership of plant operations, including direct responsibility for the production floor and manufacturing output.
Lead all day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production, planning, and maintenance, to ensure execution against business targets.
Lead a culture of performance and continuous improvement to meet and enhance KPIs across output, delivery, cost, and efficiency.
Production & Performance Management
Own production performance and continuously improve yield, productivity, throughput, and on-time delivery.
Implement structured processes to monitor, analyze, and improve operational performance.
Complex Planning & Execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA – advantage).
Significant leadership experience (typically 8–15 years) in operations management within electronics / semiconductor / high-tech manufacturing environments.
Proven experience leading production teams in a manufacturing plant environment - Must.
Hands-on experience managing global operations or product transfers between sites (India – strong advantage).
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance operational execution and strategic priorities.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Experience working in a matrixed, global organization.
