What you'll do
Ongoing support for companies and individuals on Israeli and international tax matters, including representation in tax assessment proceedings, obtaining pre-rulings and approvals from the Israel Tax Authority, and preparing tax opinions.
Advisory support on domestic and cross-border transactions, including tax due diligence and assistance in assessing the tax implications of transaction structuresโtaking a holistic view of all relevant local and international tax considerations and consequences.
