We are looking for a Data Scientist to join the Data Science team within CAL’s Consumer Division and play a key role in solving business challenges through Data & AI- from understanding business needs to deploying solutions into Production.
• Translate business needs into Data Science and AI-based solutions.
• Explore and analyze data, develop Machine Learning models, and deploy them into Production.
• Work end-to-end: from model development and validation through deployment and effectiveness measurement.

Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
Proven experience developing models and leading end-to-end Data Science processes through to Production.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into Data-driven solutions.
High level of ownership and ability to independently lead tasks and projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
High level of English.
