We’re growing fast and looking for a dynamic, customer-facing Solutions Engineer to join our team and play a key role in driving deal success.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering, acting as a trusted technical advisor and helping customers understand both the technical and business value of OX.
What you'll do
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the technical sales cycle end-to-end, from demo through POC to technical win
Partner with Sales to develop and execute technical strategies for deals
Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-value engagements
Work closely with customer security and engineering teams to understand their workflows
Position OX effectively within DevSecOps and SDLC environments
Act as a bridge between customers and internal Product & Engineering teams
Provide technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and documentation
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering / Sales Engineering / Technical Pre-Sales
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Proven ability to support and drive complex technical sales cycles
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executives
Sales mindset - proactive, creative, and solution-oriented
Ability to navigate technical objections and build trust with customers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
Nice to have
Background in AppSec / DevSecOps / software supply chain security
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar — or hands-on development experience
Experience working with enterprise customers
Fluency in an additional European language (German strongly preferred)
