We're looking for a bright, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant to keep our C-level running at full speed. You'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks — the calm in the chaos, the one step ahead.
Responsibilities
Manage senior management's calendar with a sharp eye for shifting priorities — coordinating meetings, international travel, and everything in between.
Provide hands-on administrative and operational support to senior executives, often anticipating needs before they arise.
Juggle multiple tasks at once without losing precision — every detail matters here.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, representing leadership with professionalism and dis
Requirements
2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role — IDF, global, or tech-oriented background preferred.
Strong multitasking skills paired with sound judgment on what to prioritize and when.
Fluent in both Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
Close attention to detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy.
Highly responsive, able to adapt quickly as needs change in real time.
Strong sense of integrity and comfort handling confidential information.
Nice to Have
Experience in a high-growth startup or defense-tech environment.
Background managing international travel and logistics.
Proficiency with G-Suite, Slack, or CRM tools.
A can-do attitude and the ability to navigate ambiguity independently.
