Our award-winning products - SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, altaFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms - serve over hundreds of millions of users and more than one million customers worldwide, helping organizations of every size digitize processes, improve efficiency, and transform how they work.
We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
About SignNow team
We are a passionate and ambitious team of 100+ people on a mission to succeed with our award-winning signature solution, SignNow.
SignNow empowers over 28 million people at companies across the world to move fast with everything they need to send and eSign their documents. Increase productivity with document workflows, impress customers, and save money while maximizing ROI with SignNow.
As a Senior Product Manager, Core Agreement Features, you will own and evolve the user-facing experiences at the heart of SignNow’s agreement execution journey. You will identify the biggest user pain points in core flows, simplify complex tasks through excellent UX, and use AI capabilities where they meaningfully improve clarity, confidence, and time-to-completion.
A key part of this role is helping users succeed in high-stakes moments where they may not fully understand what is required from a compliance perspective. You will design product experiences that guide users toward the right actions, reduce risk, and increase trust, without overwhelming them.
This role is highly outcome-driven. You will define hypotheses, run A/B tests, and drive measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, support, sales, and marketing, and operate with high ownership and independence.
Core user journeys. Own and improve core agreement execution flows, ensuring they are intuitive, fast, and reliable.
User problem discovery. Deeply understand user pain points through research, support insights, and behavioral data, then translate them into clear problem statements and priorities.
UX simplification. Turn complicated tasks into simple, guided experiences through UX, product design patterns, and smart defaults.
AI-powered assistance. Identify opportunities to use AI to reduce friction and improve user confidence, especially in moments where users are unsure what is required. Define guardrails and fallback behavior to maintain trust.
Compliance-guided UX. Build product guidance that helps users make correct decisions in compliance-sensitive contexts, even when users are uncertain about what “right” looks like.
Experimentation and optimization. Drive measurable business outcomes through A/B testing and iterative improvements. Define hypotheses, success metrics, and clear decisions based on results.
Cross-functional execution. Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features, and collaborate with support, sales, and marketing to ensure strong adoption and customer outcomes.
Metrics and reporting. Define and track KPIs, monitor funnel performance, and build learning loops that continuously improve the product.
What we expect from you:
5+ years of product management experience building user-facing B2B or B2C SaaS products.
Strong product craft and UX judgment, with a proven ability to simplify complex user journeys.
Deep user empathy and a consistent problem-solving approach, you start from user needs and outcomes, not feature delivery.
Experience building and optimizing end-to-end user flows, including onboarding, key task completion, and self-serve experiences.
Strong experimentation skills, including designing and executing A/B tests, interpreting results, and turning insights into impact.
Data-driven decision-making skills, comfortable defining metrics, building dashboards, and using qualitative and quantitative inputs.
Good intuition for where AI adds value in user-facing flows, and where it does not, including practical tradeoffs around quality, risk, and user trust.
Excellent communication skills, able to align teams and stakeholders across product, engineering, design, data, support, sales, and marketing.
Ownership mindset, bias for action, and comfort operating with ambiguity and multiple stakeholders.
Ready to shape a product used by millions? We’d love to hear from you!
