We're looking for a highly independent and organized Affiliate Manager to own and grow our affiliate programs across our multi-brand portfolio, build strong strategic partnerships, and drive performance through data-driven affiliate campaigns tailored to each brand's audience and positioning. =============================

What you'll do

Own and grow our affiliate programs end-to-end across multiple brands, including partner recruitment, relationship management, and campaign optimization.
Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs, commission structures, and partner performance to maximize growth across different brands and customer funnels.
Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, influencers, and collaborators
Ensure affiliate content and campaigns comply with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and brand-specific messaging standards.

Own affiliate reconciliation, ensuring accurate tracking, commission payments, reporting, and resolution of discrepancies.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Compliance teams to align campaigns with each brand's positioning and business goals.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience managing affiliate programs end-to-end.
Experience in the online trading, forex, fintech, or capital markets industry is required.
Proven ability to drive growth and achieve commercial KPIs through data-driven optimization.
Experience managing multiple brands or products simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business decisions.
Excellent marketing and copywriting skills, with experience creating and optimizing affiliate content and campaigns.
AI-native mindset, using AI tools to accelerate execution while applying critical thinking and quality control.
Highly independent, organized, and accountable, with the ability to own projects from start to finish.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Compliance.
High level of English, both written and spoken.
Flexible and responsive, with a willingness to support the business outside standard working hours when needed.
