Our platform combines large-scale biomedical knowledge, clinical trial data, and patient-level data to help customers simulate clinical trials, reduce development risk and cost, shorten timelines, and improve the probability of clinical trial success.
We're looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to own IT operations across the company: employee support, identity and access management, our Mac fleet, and SaaS administration. You'll work closely with security leadership to keep sensitive clinical and partner data protected, with real ownership in a fast-moving startup.
What you'll do
Be the go-to person for employee IT support, and own onboarding/offboarding end-to-end (devices, accounts, access).
Manage our macOS fleet via MDM (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle): zero-touch deployment, configuration, patching, and encryption.
Administer our identity provider and SaaS stack: SSO integrations, MFA, RBAC, and periodic access reviews.
