What you'll do
Serve as the appointed Safety Officer across company operational and construction sites
Develop and maintain safety management programs, procedures and work instructions.
Provide professional guidance to site managers and teams on safety, occupational health and environmental compliance.
Conduct audits, inspections and safety observations.
Supervise and support high-risk activities, including electrical work, confined spaces, lockout/tagout, hot work and working at height.
Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
Deliver employee safety training and lead safety committees.
Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Requirements
Valid certification as a Safety Officer.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in a Safety Officer role.
Qualified to deliver safety training and prepare safety management programs.
Experience supporting high-risk operations.
Strong understanding of statutory safety requirements and professional standards.
Excellent communication and procedure-writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Fluent English and experience working with global suppliers
