We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead HAAT’s fintech ecosystem payments, cash management, settlements, and financial operations tools. 🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing: • Own and evolve HAAT’s financial ecosystem payments, settlements, and cash operations. • Define and execute the fintech product roadmap with a focus on reliability, accuracy, and scalability. • Build and scale financial products that enable digital access for cash-heavy users. • Design secure, auditable financial flows across payments and settlements. • Work closely with Engineering, Finance, Ops, and Data teams to build scalable systems and dashboards. • Translate complex financial requirements into clear product specs, flows, and edge cases. • Lead rollout plans, documentation, and training to ensure adoption across teams. • Partner with Fraud & Security teams to ensure integrity and compliance. • Drive data-informed decisions using KPIs, funnels, and financial metrics.
