Key Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis & Process Design: Analyze business requirements and design processes within various operational systems.
Documentation: Prepare detailed functional requirement documents (FRDs) and document processes and system interfaces.
Implementation Leadership: Lead organizational implementation processes to ensure successful adoption.
Service Excellence: Maintain a positive, service-oriented mindset to provide high-quality support to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Education: B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering & Management (specializing in Information Systems).
Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and analyzing Priority ERP systems.
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience in development within the Priority environment – Mandatory.
Solid background in system support – Mandatory.
Extensive experience with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle – Mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes – Mandatory.
Proven track record in end-to-end project management.
Skills:
Professional proficiency in writing technical specifications in English – Mandatory.
Fluent English (written and spoken) – Mandatory.
Availability: Ability to travel abroad occasionally as required by the role – Mandatory.
