About the role

🚀 Collection Specialist Moonshot Marketing is looking for a Collection Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will take ownership of customer billing and collections, monitor outstanding balances, perform account reconciliations, and work closely with internal stakeholders and global customers to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records. Own collections end-to-end: track receivables, follow up proactively, accelerate payments, and flag risks.

Reconcile incoming payments and keep AR clean.

Partner with BizDev teams to resolve customer issues and accelerate collections.

Track, analyze, and report on collections activity and accounts receivable performance.

Identify opportunities to improve collections processes and increase operational efficiency.

Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies.

Requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For?
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (or currently completing one).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and customers.
A detail-oriented problem solver who takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AI tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with financial data and reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
