Enterprise Solution Content Specialist
Description -
KME (Knowledge Management & Enablement) enables high‑quality, user‑centric content at scale—combining content expertise, customer experience focus, and practical AI innovation.
We are looking for an Enterprise Solution Content Specialist to join our Content Services & Print Documentation team at HP.
In this role, you will drive the creation, standardization, and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions, software, and firmware content —while working across a global, cross-functional environment.
🔹 What you will do
Develop and manage technical content and training for enterprise solutions
Drive content consistency, quality, and usability across teams
Own technology communications, including bi-monthly newsletters and portal content
Collaborate closely with R&D, Technical Marketing, and Support
Improve content processes and delivery in an Agile environment
Support service agents and field technicians with high-quality documentation
🔹 What we are looking for
4–7 years of experience in technical documentation / information development
Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
Ability to work across complex, global environments
Experience with structured content, content management systems
A proactive mindset with focus on quality, scalability, and continuous improvement
Minimum of 3 years of Bachelors' degree.
