Automation Expert

Our teams work in agile Squads (Scrum) and leverage modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality and reliability. We seek an experienced and highly capable Automation Expert to join our QA Automation Squad. This role is ideal for a self-driven change agent who can propose scalable automation strategies, design robust test infrastructures, and lead adoption of AI/Copilot-based solutions to increase productivity and quality across engineering. Responsibilities: Propose, Design and Develop AI/Copilot based solutions to significantly increase productivity Analyse current framework, propose innovations and improvements based on your experience Design and develop automation infrastructures Fix automation bugs reported by the team and internal customers Perform code reviews to peers and mentees Take active part of the Jenkins based, CI process, eventually implement and adapt groovy scripts to evolving requirements Investigates failures of tests run by CI till root cause and report bugs in order to increase product quality Train & Mentor team partners within QA engineers, interns and developers in order to increase automation coverage of new and legacy features Requirements Proven knowledge, experience and expertise with AI tools and terminology, specifically Copilot At least 7 years of C#/Java development experience in automation with strong background of OOP design and implementation Extensive and in-depth knowledge in Automation using both Selenium/PlayWright and Rest API Self-learner, able to accumulate system vision from training, documentation, and self-exploration Change agent.
