Pixellot is looking for a hands-on Product Systems Engineer on our Operation department, to take ownership of one of our most critical product domains - the lifecycle, reliability, and support of tens of thousands of computer systems deployed at customer sites worldwide.
In this role, you'll bridge hardware, software, manufacturing, and operations, ensuring our products remain reliable throughout their entire lifecycle while collaborating closely with R&D, Product Support, and global technology partners.

What you'll do
Own the hardware and software lifecycle of more than 30,000 deployed computer systems worldwide.
Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues across Windows and Linux environments, including BIOS and system-level challenges
Lead POCs, validation, and production readiness for new PC platforms, hardware revisions, operating systems, and software releases.
Partner with Product Support, R&D, and Operations teams to investigate field issues, identify root causes, and drive long-term solutions.
Support production implementation of new hardware and software configurations while providing technical guidance to manufacturing partners.
Coordinate technical activities across internal teams, hardware vendors (including HP), and manufacturing partners to resolve technical issues and drive product improvements.
Manage hardware and software configurations and version control throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on technical or military experience (Practical Engineer will also be considered).
2–3+ years of experience supporting, maintaining, or managing deployed computer systems or large computer fleets.
Strong understanding of PC hardware, Windows and Linux operating systems, and system-level hardware/software troubleshooting.
Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication skills, high level of ownership, and the ability to work independently.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.
Nice to have
Experience with PLM systems (Arena preferred) and Configuration Management.
Experience working with hardware vendors, manufacturers, or EMS partners.
Experience supporting production environments or New Product Introduction
