Description
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Technical Trainer or Customer Enablement Specialist with experience delivering customer and partner training in SaaS environments. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping users adopt new technologies, creating effective learning materials, and delivering engaging training experiences.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end training ecosystem for AudioCodes Meeting Insights, including course development, training delivery, certification programs, and learning resources. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, R&D, and Business teams at HQ and globally to ensure customers, partners, and internal stakeholders are fully equipped to succeed with our platform.

Your mission
· Own and execute the design, development, and delivery of training programs, courses, and certification tracks for Meeting Insights.
Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for internal teams (sales engineers, support, customer success), partners, and customers
Collaborate with Professional Services, partners, and customers worldwide to identify and address training needs
Work closely with Product Management, Technical Writing, and Marketing to develop high-quality onboarding and training materials
Design and deliver hands-on, technical training sessions (virtual and/or in-person)
Continuously improve training effectiveness באמצעות feedback, analytics, and evolving product capabilities
Requirements
· 2+ years of experience in training, customer enablement, customer success, technical support or related SaaS roles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives end-to-end
Excellent technical communication and presentation skills
A customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on driving customer success
Proven experience delivering technical training to groups (in-person or virtual)
· Experience developing training materials, onboarding content, user guides, knowledge base articles, or instructor-led training programs.
Experience writing technical documentation, training materials, or application notes
Excellent written and spoken English
Advantages
Experience with Conversational AI or AI-driven SaaS solutions
Familiarity with unified communications platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex)
Knowledge of emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI and Conversational AI
Experience working with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) or identity and access management solutions
