AudioCodes is currently looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Voca CIC team and lead technical presales activities across the APAC region. In this customer-facing role, you'll partner with Sales, Channel Partners, and Enterprise Customers to design AI-powered CX solutions, deliver compelling demonstrations and Proofs of Concept, and drive technical success throughout the sales cycle. Your mission
We're looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical leader for AudioCodes Voca CIC across the APAC region. In this highly customer-facing role, you'll partner with Sales, Channel Partners, and Customers to design, position, and validate Contact Center and Conversational AI solutions throughout the sales lifecycle.
You'll lead technical discovery sessions, deliver compelling demonstrations, own complex Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and enable partners to position and deploy Voca CIC successfully. Working closely with Product Management and Engineering, you'll also provide valuable market feedback that helps shape future product innovation.
Responsibilities:
Regional Technical Leadership
Serve as the regional technical expert for AudioCodes Voca CIC across APAC.
Stay current with product roadmap, new releases, and emerging capabilities.
Provide structured customer, partner, and competitive feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
Develop reusable demo environments, best practices, and technical playbooks.
Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and product updates to regional Sales and Presales teams.
Customer & Sales Engagement
Partner with Sales throughout the entire customer journey, from discovery to technical validation.
Lead technical presentations, architecture workshops, and executive solution demonstrations.
Design scalable Contact Center and AI solutions tailored to customer business requirements.
Support RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals with detailed solution architecture.
Position Voca CIC against competing platforms by articulating both technical advantages and business value.
Demonstrations & Proof of Concepts
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer demonstrations and Proofs of Concept.
Build industry-specific demo scenarios for sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, and BPO.
Define PoC success criteria, execution plans, stakeholder alignment, and technical outcomes.
Continuously enhance demo environments by incorporating AI capabilities, automation, integrations, and real-world customer journeys.
Develop and maintain integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Teams.
Partner Enablement
Support the recruitment, technical validation, and onboarding of strategic partners across APAC.
Deliver technical training, certifications, workshops, and hands-on enablement sessions.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners, helping them build and scale successful Voca CIC practices.
Collaborate closely with Channel and Alliance teams to expand the regional partner ecosystem.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve product adoption and customer outcomes.
Share market trends, competitive insights, and customer requirements that influence product strategy.
Help define repeatable technical methodologies that accelerate sales execution across the region.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Presales, Technical Consulting, or Solution Architecture within a Contact Center, CX, Conversational AI, or Unified Communications environment.
Hands-on experience with Contact Center platforms, Conversational AI, Voicebots, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
Strong understanding of the Microsoft Teams Voice and Contact Center ecosystem.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Strong techno-commercial mindset with the ability to communicate business value alongside technical capabilities.
Excellent presentation, storytelling, and customer-facing communication skills.
Experience delivering executive presentations, solution workshops, and technical demonstrations.
Experience leading customer Proofs of Concept from planning through successful completion.
Experience with CCaaS, UCaaS, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.
Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, automation, and AI-driven customer experience solutions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures.
Strong ownership mentality with a passion for solving customer challenges.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
