Board Design Engineer – Electro-Optical Systems

🚀 We’re hiring: Board Design Engineer – Electro-Optical Systems We’re looking for an Electronic Development Engineer to join the development of advanced electro-optical systems within a leading defense organization. In this role, you’ll be involved throughout the development lifecycle — from defining electronic assemblies and system requirements, through board selection and design, wiring design, integration and testing, all the way to supporting the system through production and delivery. You’ll work closely with system engineers, manufacturing and procurement teams, as well as subcontractors, and gain a broad view of how electronic design integrates into a complete operational system. What we’re looking for: • B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering – required • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Board Designer – required • Experience with digital circuit design – Ethernet, CPU and FPGA – an advantage • Experience taking boards through the full development lifecycle, from design to serial production – an advantage • Strong system-level thinking, fast learning abilities and the ability to analyze complex engineering challenges If you’re a Board Designer looking to work beyond the board itself and take part in the development of complex electro-optical systems — I’d love to hear from you.
