Managing financial due diligence assignments as part of an M&A process
Providing professional advice to clients regarding key deal issues and purchase price considerations
Working in a dynamic and exciting environment alongside a team of professionals and fascinating clients
Requirements
CPA - must
Relevant transactions advisory experience (M&A) including involvement in financial due diligence processes in a Big4/large consulting firm or other relevant experience.
Excellent working English – written and spoken
Advanced Excel and AI skills
High analytical skills and strong business and commercial orientation
Nice to have
Prior experience managing employees and client relationships
