We are looking for a System Analyst - Core Banking, working on complex, business-critical core systems in an IBM Mainframe and COBOL environment. The role combines business and systems analysis, technical specifications, and end-to-end ownership from requirements gathering through development, testing, implementation, and production.
What you'll do
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications (HLD / DLD).
Analyze existing systems and processes and identify gaps against business needs.
Work closely with COBOL/Mainframe developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and additional interfaces.
Support development, testing, implementation, and production deployment throughout the project lifecycle.
