About the role

Bright Data, the industry leader in the web data domain, is looking for students for a part-time Technical support Representative position. The position is part-time, in shifts that include nights, weekends and holidays. Location: Poleg, Netanya

What you'll do

  • Providing Bright Data's customers with timely and accurate technical support
  • Independently understanding and solving technical problems using internal documentation
  • Clarifying problem solutions to customers and providing them with the best workflows
  • Interacting with other departments to clarify issues and escalate them when required
  • Requirements

    • Computer Science / SW Eng. students with a strong technical background
    • Basic programming knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or C.
    • Customer oriented (direct communication with global customers)
    • Organized with fast learning skills
    • Super responsible and quick delivery mentality
    • Fully proficient in English
    • Willingness to work at least 3 shifts a week, including nights and weekends
    • Technical customer support experience is a big advantage***
