Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing affiliate partnerships, identifying new growth opportunities, and optimizing affiliate performance to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and grow relationships with affiliate partners across online and mobile channels.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
Collaborate with affiliates and influencers to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
Monitor affiliate performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns to maximize results.
Identify new opportunities to expand and improve the affiliate program.
Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and partner support.
Achieve performance targets and business objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing (experience in the Financial Services or iGaming industry is a strong advantage).
Hands-on experience managing online and mobile affiliates.
Experience working with affiliate communities on platforms such as Telegram, Instagram, and other social media channels.
Experience collaborating with influencers.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Technical understanding of affiliate tracking and integrations is an advantage.
Knowledge of media buying and PPC is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and internet tools.
Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
