Job Description Manage the entire procurement process of systems and subsystems, in various projects, of major subcontractors to enable meeting program goals and creation of commercial advantages – including sourcing, contract negotiation, budget management, and supplier management Work together with the project teams to support proposals to customers, preparation of SOW, sourcing of new suppliers and products, and commercial negotiation Manage the daily work with the different suppliers in order to ensure meeting the program's schedule and other goals Create and manage relationships with various suppliers, and ensuring that the procurement related risks (cost, quality, availability) are controlled and mitigated
