What you'll do
Lead and mentor a team of embedded Linux developers.
Design and implement embedded Linux software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate embedded solutions.
Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay updated with the latest developments in embedded Linux technologies.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
year of hands-on embedded development experience in C and C++.
Proven Fast Learner & Adaptability: Ability to quickly dive into an existing, complex codebase, understand the architecture, and become productive.
Development & Integration Capabilities: Practical experience developing and debugging software across MCU environments (STM32, ESP32, Cortex-M / RTOS) and/or Embedded Linux User-Space.
Engineering Excellence & Ownership: High standards for code quality, strong sense of ownership, and a track record of delivering reliable software on schedule.
Teamwork & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate closely with team members, System Engineering, Hardware, and Integration teams.
Nice to have
Experience with robotics frameworks such as ROS / ROS 2.
Practical experience with standard serial protocols and diagnostics tools (CAN bus, UART, SPI, I2C, gdb, Wireshark, candump).
Scripting capabilities in Python for internal test automation
