NOC (ITOC) Specialist!
A leading financial organization in the Central District is looking for an ITOC Specialist to join our technological IT Operations Control team. The role involves end-to-end management, operation, and monitoring of core IT infrastructure and systems (Tier-1) in a critical, high-availability, and dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include handling incidents across various severity levels, monitoring and executing production changes, monitoring network and cybersecurity infrastructure, and providing continuous support to ensure the availability of core organizational systems.
Requirements
Experience in IT system operations and monitoring within Tier-1 organizational environments.
In-depth knowledge of Linux or Unix operating systems.
Experience working with virtualization infrastructures (VMware or Kubernetes/container environments).
Familiarity with network infrastructures and cybersecurity equipment.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Nice to have
Experience with enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar)
Familiarity with cloud environments or Mainframe systems
