We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven Go-To-Market Manager to help build and scale our Payments business at Papaya.
This person will work closely with business leadership and play a central role in defining market strategy, building scalable commercial processes, and creating the growth engine behind our Payments organization.
This is a cross-functional builder role combining strategy, analytics, commercial execution, and AI-driven workflow design. We are looking for someone with a builder mindset who leverages AI to improve productivity, automate business processes, and drive smarter decision-making across the Go-To-Market organization.
What you'll do
Define ICP strategy, market segmentation, and account prioritization.
Build and optimize outbound and go-to-market playbooks.
Own sales messaging, commercial positioning, and sales enablement assets.
Analyze pipeline performance, funnel conversion, and revenue metrics.
Build ROI models, dashboards, and data-driven decision frameworks.
Run pricing analysis, competitive intelligence, and market research.
Support product positioning and new product commercialization initiatives.
Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
Requirements
Strong background in SaaS, FinTech, or B2B growth environments.
Highly analytical with strong commercial and business thinking.
Deep understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and Go-To-Market execution.
Proven ability to build scalable processes and operational frameworks.
Builder mentality—highly independent, hands-on, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or custom AI solutions that improve commercial operations, reporting, analytics, or Go-To-Market execution.
Experience creating AI agents, custom AI projects, or no/low-code automations that are adopted by teams or integrated into day-to-day business processes.
Design and implement AI-powered workflows and no/low-code automations to improve commercial processes, reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI to streamline repetitive workflows, enhance business insights, and scale GTM execution across teams.
Ability to identify opportunities for AI adoption and implement practical solutions that improve productivity, scalability, and business decision-making.
