About the role

Position: Embedded Software Developer LTS is a leading pharmaceutical technology company that develops and manufactures innovative drug delivery systems for the pharmaceutical industry. LTS´ commercial offering encompasses more than 20 marketed products. LTS operates today from 5 sites: Netanya (Israel), Adrenarche (Germany), West Caldwell (NJ, USA), St. Paul (MN, USA), and Shanghai (China). We are looking for an excellent Embedded Software Developer to join our team in Israel. The position is permanent, full time, hybrid.

What you'll do

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in embedded systems development and a strong background in electronics or software engineering. Familiarity with BLE and NFC technologies is essential, and experience in medical device development would be a significant advantage.

Education:

Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.

Job skills:

2-4 years of experience in embedded systems development.

Proficiency in C programming language.

Experience developing embedded software using real-time operating systems (RTOS).

Experience with hardware interfaces and peripherals, including GPIO, I2C, ADC, and PWM.

Ability to read and interpret electronic circuits and schematics.

Hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting embedded systems.

Experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.

Self-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a small group and across cross-functional team
