Audit, SOX & Controls Consultant - Financial Sector

Description Deloitte is seeking an experienced Consultant to join a leading project at one of Israel’s largest financial institutions. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a meaningful role involving participation in audit and internal control processes, collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, and exposure to a professional, dynamic, and challenging environment. Key Responsibilities Participate in the execution of internal audit and internal control engagements Support and perform SOX / ISOX processes, including testing the effectiveness of controls Work closely with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional interfaces Prioritize tasks and manage work independently while also contributing as part of a team Maintain high quality, accuracy, and adherence to professional standards Requirements Accounting studies – required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – an advantage Full-time availability – required Strong ability to work in a team, with initiative, organization, and attention to detail High level of service orientation and strong attention to detail Professional knowledge and experience in audit and SOX or ISOX processes (at least 2 years) Knowledge and/or experience in the financial services sector (banking / insurance / credit) – an advantage and preferred We at Deloitte believe that diversity and inclusion among our people is a critical element in our success and therefore we cultivate a corporate culture that includes and embraces diversity in all its forms.
