We are looking for a talented and experienced IT Team Lead to lead our Global IT operations, manage and develop our IT team, and drive the growth of our IT capabilities. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with people leadership and operational responsibility in a fast-paced global environment.
Description:
Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members while fostering a high-performance and service-oriented culture
Maintain and develop BioCatch’s global IT assets:
Systems, laptops, licenses, networks, cloud-based applications, meeting rooms, etc
MDM: Manage Windows endpoints through Microsoft Intune, including device configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, and lifecycle management
Work closely with IT Procurement
Run a high-class efficient help desk to support our hardworking end-users and delight them with everything they need
Work closely with Operations, DevOps and Security teams to implement our access policy
Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, QoS, latency, etc.)
Systems’ implementation and integration projects
Our technology stack includes:
Microsoft 365, Azure-based identity and access services, Microsoft Entra ID, Mac OS, Windows, networks (VLANs, firewalls),
Wi-Fi, Cloudflare ZTNA
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on IT experience in a modern enterprise environment
Experience in an IT leadership role
Experience mentoring team members or leading IT professionals
Demonstrated experience leading IT projects, initiatives, or cross-functional efforts
Excellent service mindset
Extensive experience managing Windows endpoints in Microsoft Intune, including device provisioning, policy management, software deployment, and compliance enforcement. Experience supporting Mac devices is an advantage
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure-based identity and access management services
Experience with AI platforms administration
Advanced enterprise network management and configuration (Wi-Fi & Ethernet, Corp & Guest, VLANs, APs, Switches, Firewalls)
Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise application management expertise
Identity & SSO protocols: SAML, OIDC, SCIM
Software tools and other systems: Microsoft 365, JIRA, Salesforce, Teams, Cloudflare ZTNA…
Familiarity with VC rooms setup and management
Ability to lead implementation projects from the planning phase to production
