The Role
This is not just a managerial role- it’s a chance to lead a high-impact team building core products at scale. As Engineering Manager, you’ll be a technical leader, a team builder, and a strategic partner. You’ll guide your team to deliver performance, scalable, and secure software solutions, while shaping culture, structure, and product direction. From technical design to org design, you’ll have a direct influence on how we work and what we build.
You’ll work closely with Product, Architecture, and cross-functional teams to turn ambitious ideas into clean, production-ready code - while creating an environment where engineers grow, thrive, and do their best work.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Be both a highly technical contributor and an effective people leader
Hold your own in technical discussion, be a subject matter expert in a product domain, and have strategic influence Lead team(s) that deliver on multiple projects of increasing dependencies in an ambiguous or high-impact area
Work with your team and cross functional partners to define and influence strategy
Drive roadmap creation and execution
Collaborate with various functions, drive engineering initiatives and have an impact at an organizational level
Mentor, coach, and grow your direct reports - championing career development and engagement
Own recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for your team
Influence engineering-wide culture, org design, and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including API design and distributed systems
Proven track record building and scaling high-volume, web-based solutions
Strong experience with cloud-native infrastructure, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
Skilled at building consensus across departments and aligning engineering with business goals
Experience managing full project lifecycles and technical teams, including performance management
Excellent communication in English (written and verbal)
