What you'll do
Lead technical operations within a mission-critical Data Center environment.
Manage and mentor a team of technical specialists operating in a 24/7 setting.
Act as the primary escalation point for operational and technical incidents.
Drive troubleshooting efforts and ensure rapid issue resolution.
Coordinate infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and operational projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical services.
Ensure compliance with operational standards, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience leading technical teams.
Experience in Data Center Operations, Server Rooms, or IT Infrastructure environments.
Hands-on experience with servers, networking equipment, and physical infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities.
Solid understanding of IP Networking and connectivity.
Ability to perform under pressure in a critical production environment.
Availability to work within a 24/7 operational model.
