We are now recruiting a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst (FP&A) to join our team in Little Island, Cork on a permanent basis.
We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. This role will support Ireland Manufacturing Overhead (MOH) Team which will provide exposure to both HQ and Manufacturing Support Functions Reporting. It will include detailed reporting and analysis, planning and forecasting, engagement with senior management and is an excellent opportunity to drive an agenda of delivering best in class processes and practices to enhance business support.
Primary Accountabilities:
Leads the Financial Analysis and insight for AOP/Forecast and Actuals ensuring budgets and target requirements are met by location by Sector and by function
Responsibility for interpreting PGCS Ireland MOH/ Capital performance and aligning with VP Functional Lead and their direct reports on signing off on PGCS beverages and Snacks Costs in AOP, Forecasts, Monthly Actuals.
Collate Risks and Opportunities to Forecast to ensure insight and foresight is available to Senior stakeholders
Analysis and insight of MOH Productivity agenda – Ensure 3.5% Productivity target is constantly reviewed and monitored ensuring each stakeholder is kept up to date on progress against Target.
Complete Financial reporting for support functions for month end and period close ensuring all numbers are accurate and right first time within a 1 day turnaround.
Ensure all financials are accurate by Sector and develop cause of change analysis to ensure all variances are explained versus Plan/Forecast
Responsible for continuous improvement and optimization of MOH/Capital processes in Ireland; ensuring find the fuel agenda is met.
Lead contact with KPMG as it relates to Support Centre MOH/Capital and provide all explanations to ensure a smooth audit
Requirements
Essential Skills:
Professionally qualified accountant with 7 years+ PQE in a high volume preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment
Excellent Excel skills a necessity
Systems literate with SAP (or equivalent ERP system) is a distinct advantage
Collaboration, communication and influencing skills are key to success in this role balancing budget holder customer needs and overall PGCS Ireland Manufacturing needs
Ability to work with all levels within the organization.
