Mid/Senior C++ Software Embedded Developer• Ogen MedTech HR is sourcing candidates for a major defense company in Israel. The candidate will work in the defense company's offices under a subcontractor, not directly for the defense company. • Security clearance is required as part of the process Work arrangement• Full-time position in Hadera • Willingness to travel to the north • On-site work only (no hybrid work) Job requirements• At least 3-4 years of experience in C++ development in a real-time embedded environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another scientific degree; practical engineers (handasai) and candidates without a degree may also proceed • At least three years of experience in software development in C++ • Use of C++11/14/17 • Proven experience developing on VxWorks or Linux environments is an advantage • Experience in Embedded systems development • Familiarity with communication interfaces (Serial, UDP, TCP) is a significant advantage • Experience in integrations across multiple platforms is a significant advantage Required skills• Familiarity with multidisciplinary systems • Understanding of object-oriented development (OOP) and multi-threading • Understanding and familiarity with software architectures based on distributed systems • Familiarity with ALM tools for development and testing management, such as Azure DevOps • Familiarity with Agile development methodology
