Requirements
Expert:
Beyond 10 years experience with relevant Analog circuits
Leading analog design of complex analog systems such as PLL’s, DAC, ADC’s, SerDes from Concept and Architecture, specification and design
Leading Top-level of such complex blocks, technically leading other team members
Design, Development, and Verification of Integrated circuits - Analog and Mixed Signal Circuits – especially in advanced processes FinFet or GAA.

Good communication skills
Experience with Industry Standard custom/analog design tools
Understanding of layout and its requirements for high speed and low noise
Experience with Tape-Out and signoff requirements
