The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and independent Recruitment Manager to join our team and lead end-to-end recruitment processes across a wide range of roles within the organization. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, guiding candidates throughout the recruitment journey, and delivering a professional and exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles across the organization.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment processes.
Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Write and create professional and engaging job descriptions.
Publish job openings across various recruitment channels and relevant platforms.
Screen and review resumes and applications.
Conduct phone screenings and in-depth behavioral interviews.
Prepare professional candidate evaluations and present recommendations to hiring managers.
Proactively source and identify potential candidates.
Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure accurate tracking within the ATS.
Lead employee training and development initiatives, including onboarding programs and organizational training activities.
Take ownership of employee well-being initiatives, employee experience programs, and organizational culture activities.
Provide administrative and operational support based on departmental and organizational needs.
Requirements
At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
Experience conducting phone screenings and in-depth interviews.
Experience working closely with hiring managers.
Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently drive processes forward.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of service orientation and attention to detail.
Experience leading employee well-being, training, onboarding, or employee experience initiatives – a significant advantage.
