Regional Strategy & Operations Manager, Consumer

About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. As a Regional Manager, Consumer Strategy & Operations, you will drive capital-efficient growth by improving the consumer experience, with a focus on Loyalty and Pricing & Incentives across Wolt’s South region. You will execute, track, and monitor initiatives that deepen consumer engagement, so users come back again and again — excited about the service and experience they have with Wolt. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, creative thinking, and high-impact execution. It is well suited to someone with a strategy, consulting, or business operations background who is motivated by owning and delivering outcomes in a fast-moving, consumer-facing environment. You will report to the Head of Market Growth, Wolt Core, and sit in a 2–3 person team. You will play a key role in driving consumer success in your region, working closely with Marketing, Merchant, Finance, and the broader Global Consumer team.
