We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AP Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. Reporting directly to the Senior Bookkeeper, this role will be responsible for managing the accounts payable cycle, employee expense processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and supporting month-end close activities.
What you'll do
Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment execution.
Maintain accurate vendor records and support vendor onboarding activities.
Ensure timely vendor payments in accordance with agreed payment terms.
