What you'll do
Provide operational support for all R&D projects, assisting in the execution of work plans.
Track annual work plans, ensuring alignment with objectives, monitoring progress against plans, managing resources, and identifying risks.
Work extensively with the company’s project management systems to maintain project control.
Work extensively with the factory for resource coordination and major breakdowns.
Oversee project timelines and proactively manage risks to ensure project milestones are met.
