In this role, you will take full ownership of significant media budgets, lead execution across multiple platforms, and generate business impact through data-driven insights. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI to push innovation in campaign management.

Responsibilities
Creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Taboola, Outbrain, DV360 and more.
Managing budgets, performance, and audience targeting.
Developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies.
Working with big brands in the Israeli market on high-scale budgets.
Overseeing full-funnel marketing activity.
Developing, designing, and editing content.
Creating marketing materials such as posts, banners, stories, and newsletters.
Managing on-site data and marketing automation processes.
Applying AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency, improve insights, and solve challenges faster.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience managing Google and Facebook campaigns with monthly budgets of at least several thousand ILS, within a marketing/advertising agency.
Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
DV360 experience- an advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
Creative, curious, and adaptable- with a proactive, can-do approach.
Marketing thinking and deep consumer understanding.
High attention to detail while maintaining a broad, strategic view.
Ability to self-learn quickly, including leveraging AI tools for research, optimization, automation, and smarter decision-making.
Native Hebrew- required.
