Job description
About the role
Mixtiles is a $300M profitable consumer brand reinventing how homes feel.
We build products people didn't know they needed - and now can't imagine living without.
Wall photos. Self-watering plants. Smart lighting.
Behind those products is a team of about 100 exceptional people. Our job is to make sure nothing gets in the way of them doing their best work.
What you'll do
Technology should be an accelerator, not a bottleneck.
We're looking for an IT Manager to own the technology experience across Mixtiles. From the moment someone joins the company to the day they leave, you'll make sure every tool, device, system, and workflow helps people move faster.
This is a true one-person team.
You'll own the day-to-day while continuously improving it. Supporting teammates, leading company-wide initiatives, strengthening security, introducing AI and automation, and building the systems that allow Mixtiles to scale.
You'll work closely with Engineering, our CISO, and DevSecOps to continuously raise the bar on security while keeping technology simple and frictionless. As Mixtiles grows, you'll also help build the IT, security, and compliance foundations required of a global company preparing for future milestones, including a potential IPO.
Own the end-to-end internal technology experience across the company.
Deliver fast, thoughtful support that keeps people productive.
Requirements
You love solving problems for people, and you move fast when they need you.
You combine exceptional service with strong technical judgment.
You're AI first. Your instinct is to automate before doing something manually twice.
You enjoy building systems that scale instead of relying on heroics.
You care deeply about security without losing sight of usability.
You're highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning an entire function.
You thrive in environments where you can roll up your sleeves, take ownership, and continuously improve how things work.
