We are looking for a talented DSP Software Team Leader to join our innovative team and lead the development of cutting-edge digital signal processing solutions for advanced radar systems.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of DSP and Embedded Software engineers developing radar image processing software for Automotive and other markets
Drive architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of real-time DSP software solutions
Collaborate with Algorithms and Validation teams to deliver integrated products
Define and enforce software development processes, coding standards, and quality practices
Manage project planning, task prioritization, and technical execution
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring
Requirements
B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
8+ years of experience developing DSP and/or embedded real-time software
3+ years of technical leadership or team management experience
Strong proficiency in C/C++, Python and Linux development
Experience with software architecture, debugging, profiling, and optimization
Experience with adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows in embedded/real-time environments
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in radar, wireless communications, sensor processing, computer vision, or similar domains
Experience with automotive products development
Experience with ARM, DSP processors, heterogeneous computing platforms, or FPGA-based systems
Experience with MATLAB for algorithm development and validation
