Job description

Oversee on-site installation, setup, and operation of production and testing equipment.
Ensure adherence to defined engineering, safety, and quality standards.

Coordinate technical and operational activities between local manufacturing, QA, logistics, and the overseas engineering teams.

Support process validation, testing procedures, and troubleshooting.

Manage and update production documentation, including work instructions and test protocols.

Serve as the main contact person for equipment shipments, material reception, and logistics coordination.

Provide regular progress and technical reports to the project management abroad.

Travel as required for training, project coordination, or site support in other locations.

Technical education – Engineer or Technician (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related).
3–5 years of experience in production, assembly, testing, or manufacturing environments.
Solid technical understanding of production equipment, assembly lines, and testing setups.
Familiarity with quality management systems and operational control procedures.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
High-level English (spoken and written); ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of independent task ownership.
Residing in the Beijing area or within reasonable commuting distance.

Experience in medical device, high-tech, or precision manufacturing environments.
Prior experience working with international or cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience in equipment installation, setup, or commissioning.
