Administrative Assistant | CX Engineering | Part-Time | Hybrid
We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the CX Engineering leadership team in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
What you'll do
Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
Support tech events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
Assist with organizing offsites, happy hours, team events, and day-to-day operations.
Work with procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, POs, vendors, and invoices.
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense tracking.
Manage registrations for training sessions and technology events.
Requirements
Experience working in a high-tech or global corporate environment is a must
Experience managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learner, proactive and able to quickly take on new responsibilities.
High service orientation, excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Strong command of Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.).
Good English, including professional written and email communication.
