Technical Account Manager – Post Sale
Join our Post Sale department as a Technical Account Manager and manage customer accounts while providing service, support, and upgrades for existing defense systems.
What you'll do
Manage customer accounts (security and military organizations), providing service, support, and upgrades for existing defense systems at the customer site.
Serve as technical lead and point of contact (POC) with the customer for support and service.
Handle service tickets in coordination with internal company interfaces – testing/integration/software teams, etc.
Plan and coordinate work schedules for inspections, maintenance, and testing.
Review contractual obligations and technical specifications to define the appropriate support and service response.
