We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Israel office. Responsibility for ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and well-maintained workplace while providing operational support to employees in other sites, and taking part and various HR initiatives.
What you'll do
Manage day-to-day office operations in Israel, including maintenance, supplies, parking, cleaning services, and vendors for 3 floors.
Oversee front desk activities and ensure guests are welcomed and directed appropriately.
Provide operational support to employees in the Latvia, Portugal, and Romania offices, in coordination with local office management.
Support HR initiatives and activities in Israel and globally.
Assist with employee onboarding and off-boarding.
Responsibility for company office announcements.
Lead office-related projects as required.
Track expenses and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Requirements
Previous experience of 3+ years in an office management role.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Service-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
Able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
