Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an Information Security Infrastructure Team Lead for a leading organization in the Gush Dan area.
The role combines team leadership with significant Hands-On responsibilities in a large and complex Enterprise environment, as part of a security organization comprising several professional Information Security teams.
What you'll do
Lead and professionally manage an Information Security Infrastructure team
Implement, deploy, maintain, and upgrade Information Security systems and solutions
Lead end-to-end Information Security technology projects, from solution evaluation and POC through planning, implementation, Production deployment, and ongoing maintenance
Handle complex incidents and provide expert-level technical support
Evaluate and implement new technologies and solutions based on organizational needs
Collaborate with Information Security, Infrastructure, Network, System, and Cloud teams, as well as vendors and manufacturers
Requirements
Significant Hands-On experience in Information Security Infrastructure within a large and complex organization
Experience managing a team and/or providing significant professional leadership to Information Security Infrastructure professionals
Practical experience implementing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Information Security systems
Significant professional experience in one or more Information Security Infrastructure domains, including Network Security, Endpoint Security, EDR/XDR, DLP, NAC, PAM/IAM, Web and Mail Security, or Data and Cloud Security
Experience leading Information Security projects, including solution evaluation, POC, implementation, and Production deployment
Experience working in a large-scale Enterprise environment with multiple users, systems, and interfaces
